1. Prices are shown in UK pounds.

2. It is important that you select the correct shipping region. We use PayPal to take payments (using your PayPal account or your debit/credit card), and ship to the address supplied by PayPal. However shipping is calculated here, according to the region you choose, and if you choose the wrong region the easiest way to deal with it is to simply cancel your order, refund your payment, and ask you to place the order again. Clearly this will cause a delay in receiving what you wanted.

3. AJS-Metals is a trading name of Pan Galactic Enterprises Ltd which is why the checkout will tell you that you are making a payment to Pan Galactic Enterprises Ltd.

4. All transactions conducted though this site are governed by UK and European selling regulations.

5. If you have any questions or queries please contact use BEFORE placing your order using our contact form. We usually respond within 24 hours. The same form can be used to contact us after placing your order should the need arise.

6. Despite the name, Pan Galactic Enterprises Ltd is a very small company. We want you to be happy with our products and service such that you recommend them/us to your friends. We will do all we can to help you and to sort out any problems that may arise. We therefore ask that you also help us to help you and keep our prices low by working with us rather than treating us like some uncaring mega-corp. That ain't us. ;-)
